Hello and welcome to Long Beach!
As a long time resident of Long Beach and former real estate broker, I developed this site to give visitors and newcomers more information about the City. While the focus is on the many neighborhoods–which range from cute California Craftsman cottages in Belmont Heights to large Mid-Century homes in College Park Estates to mansions in Bixby Knolls–the common ground for it all is the proximity to the beach.
Living in Long Beach means you are never more than a few minutes away from volleyball on the sand, kayaking in Alamitos Bay, boating on the Pacific, or just a casual stroll or bike ride along the 7 mile long sandy beach.
